Exceptional villa and exceptional host! Can't recommend enough! The villa in itself is very spacious and clean inside and outside. The outside space is enormous, has a very good size pool, sunbeds, jacuzzi, space for bbq, speakers where you can connect your own device. It is also well decorated so there is no need to bring extra decoration for a party. The view of the sea and the village of Pefkohori is equally amazing. We had an outstanding celebration of our joint bachelor party. Nikos was excellent in communicating and he was extremely generous with everything. Apart from an exceptional host, he is a very interesting person to talk to, speaks many languages, we had great conversations and everything worked out smoothly. Our friends were also amazed by the villa, its set up and the host's hospitality. We had everything we needed for a memorable day-night. We will definitely return the next time we are in Halkidiki.
